How will I make a difference?

You will assist in driving this goal by providing first class front of house administration to all staff and visitors to Valpak’s Stratford office.  Working with the Office Support Coordinator you will take responsibility for all inhouse administration tasks. Strong organisational and communication skills are imperative, along with the ability to take a hands-on approach to meeting room set-ups and other manual tasks.

What will I be doing?

The Front of House Administrator will be committed to providing exceptional Office and administration across the Business:

  • Work on the Reception desk as first port of call for any external visitors.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, in person, on the telephone and via email
  • Manage the Office facilities and ensure a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Receive, open, collect and dispatch incoming / outgoing post, faxes and mail outs within agreed time frames.
  • Complete meeting room set-ups ahead of meetings.
  • Provide ad hoc administration duties and support to other departments when required.
