Our solution to the single-use vape challenge
We offer a nationwide vape collection and recycling service, providing businesses with a fully compliant solution to recycle their site’s single-use vapes.

It is estimated that there are more than 2,000 vape retailers across the country, and this number is expected to rise in the coming years.
As the industry continues to grow, it is important to take responsibility for the environmental impact of single-use vapes containing valuable materials such as copper and lithium, which can be recycled, and harmful chemicals/residue, which require special end-of-life treatment.

Our service makes it easy for your customers or staff to recycle used undamaged vapes at convenient local collection points, whilst providing vape producers and distributors a way to meet their obligations under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (WEEE).
Similar to our successful Battery Collection Service, our Vape Take-Back Scheme has been designed in collaboration with existing customers across several months to ensure it is best suited to your needs.

Our vape collection service
Our service is simple:
- Select the container you need – we offer a 16 litre countertop box or a larger 20 litre floor-standing tube.
- Ensure the vape waste bin is securely positioned in a visible location – for end users to responsibly dispose of used undamaged vapes.
- Once your chosen container is full – contact our team by emailing [email protected] or by calling 03450 682 572 to book your collection.
- Collect – Our ADR-registered collection partner will empty the vapes from your container, securing them for onward transport and treatment.
- Recycle and treat – The used vapes will be transported to our partner recycling facility. Vapes will be dismantled and recyclable elements will be recovered and turned into new products. Non-recyclable items will be sent for energy recovery.
