Based on the information you have told us:
You are obligated under the The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations
You must comply with RoHS and therefore need to determine which substances are in the products, whether any are on the restricted substances list and how these compare to the allowable thresholds. You should have an ongoing system in place to check for these substances and to ensure ongoing compliance.
Current restricted substances are: lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) or cadmium. In 2019 the following will be added; bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP),butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP),dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
