In these instances, all subsidiaries that handle packaging are obligated to register under Extended Producer Responsibility. There are a variety of ways that you can register your subsidiaries, depending on their size, for more information consult the government guidance here. The member agrees to keep Valpak Limited informed in writing of any changes to the information provided in this form. All data submitted by Valpak to the relevant Agency on behalf of your company must be signed by a Functional Director or Company Secretary (as listed on Companies House) as required by the regulations. By submitting this online Application Form you are indicating your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the Terms set out in this Application Form.
