How will I make a difference?

We are in search of a highly motivated and data-focused Service Development Manager to lead our textiles reporting and benchmarking services. The chosen candidate will hold a pivotal role in guaranteeing the accurate development, marketing, service delivery, and sales of our services as legislation unfolds across new countries, while strategically positioning our benchmarking service in the market.

In this role, you will be tasked with documenting the team’s project objectives comprehensively, coordinating all project team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules, consistently monitoring project progress and quality, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive individual with exceptional leadership, organisational, and resource planning skills, who is adept at communicating effectively with a diverse team.

What will I be doing?

  • Spearhead the strategic development of textiles reporting and benchmarking services, to meet the specific compliance needs and demands of the emerging regulations and customer requirements. Position the service as a unique and valuable solution to potential customers
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the senior management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Streamline operational processes and optimise resource allocation to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of the VDI textiles service to clients
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction, resolving any issues that may arise promptly
  • Drive initiatives to position benchmarking services effectively in the market
  • Ensure that the quality of submissions is to the standard that would be expected
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for analysts
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support analysts’ professional growth
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to analysts
  • Identify training needs and organise relevant skill development programs
  • Collaborate with different teams within the organisation, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer services, to align efforts and achieve collective goals
  • Engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company, to ensure effective communication and coordination of strategies
  • Work closely with Voluntary Compliance team to ensure the service fits with our emerging textiles compliance services
