Environment Agency

We can provide advice and guidance on how to respond to the Environment Agency

Plastic Bottles

Has the Environment Agency (EA), Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) or Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) contacted you?

If so, we can provide advice and guidance on how to respond to them.

There are 2 main reasons why one of the environment agencies would have contacted you:

  1. Your company is not currently registered under the Packaging, WEEE or Batteries Regulations
  2. Your company is currently registered under the Packaging, WEEE or Batteries Regulations and they wish to carry out a routine audit

It is really important that you respond to the agency within the required time frames that they have given to you. This is usually 28 days.

If you should be complying with the Packaging Waste, WEEE or Waste Batteries Regulations then we strongly advise that you register your organisation as quickly as possible. Failure to do this could lead to your organisation being prosecuted.

Having helped over 4,000 organisations become compliant, we can provide you with expert advice and guidance on the registration process and help to get you compliant quickly and efficiently.

To request a registration pack call us today on 03450 682 572 or complete our enquiry form below.
