How will I make a difference?
We are in search of a highly motivated and data-focused Service Development Manager to lead our textiles reporting and benchmarking services. The chosen candidate will hold a pivotal role in guaranteeing the accurate development, marketing, service delivery, and sales of our services as legislation unfolds across new countries, while strategically positioning our benchmarking service in the market.
In this role, you will be tasked with documenting the team’s project objectives comprehensively, coordinating all project team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules, consistently monitoring project progress and quality, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive individual with exceptional leadership, organisational, and resource planning skills, who is adept at communicating effectively with a diverse team.
What will I be doing?

- Analyse the packaging database to identify gaps and opportunities for new services
- Collaborate across teams to expand the use of EPIC data beyond compliance
- Become proficient in internal systems for data input and weight analysis
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements
- Support the introduction of new programming tools and services for upcoming regulations
- Interrogate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legislation
- Develop and deliver internal projects from concept to service launch
- Use data analysis tools to identify trends and support continuous improvement
