We can make technical and economic assessments of various collection systems, provide in-company and community wide recycling solutions and focus on the collection of recyclable material. We can also develop good practice guidelines to improve the quality of material collected.
This project - funded by RAY a subsidiary of the regional development agency Yorkshire Forward - assessed the feasibility of collecting more glass from licensed premises in the Yorkshire and Humber area. The project measured current recycling, the barriers to increasing recycling and the willingness of licensed premises to pay for the service.
