Valpak's Policy Department work to keep abreast of all new legislation and requirements that may impact our members. Did you know that you can generate Evidence Notes from your own waste batteries? Valpak has set up a scheme called Members’ Compliance Evidence Policy (MCEP), which enables Valpak members to register their own Evidence Notes with us so that they can offset some or most of their batteries compliance bill.
