| Sandy Dhesi |
Sandy is Manager of Valpak Data Consulting. She has a LLB (hons) degree in Law, an MSc in International Business and Management, and has completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. Sandy has six years’ experience working for Valpak with expertise in Packaging Waste, WEEE and Waste Batteries Legislation as well as Data Management and Processes. She has successfully assisted businesses to manage their obligations under producer responsibility laws, waste management, implementing and meeting environmental objectives, and many other environmental challenges businesses face. Sandy is committed to helping businesses find the most cost effective solutions for them when complying with environmental legislation.

| Joshua Remi |
Joshua joined Valpak in 2008 as a Technical Advisor working within Valpak’s Contact Centre. From here he moved on to become a Compliance Auditor visiting clients' premises to assess data accuracy. Joshua has a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management and is an IEMA Associate Environmental Auditor. Since joining Data Consulting, Joshua has assisted organisations from all types of sectors with producer compliance, recycling, carbon and a wider range of environmental challenges facing businesses today.

| Tom Hare |
Tom joined Valpak in 2007 as a Data Administrator in Valpak’s Data Solutions Department. He moved on to become a Senior Data Consultant where he was responsible for the data submission and accuracy of some of Data Solutions' largest clients. Tom also helped set up Valpak’s International Compliance Department helping to make data submissions to various compliance schemes across Europe, which has provided him with valuable experience and has in turn enabled him to advise Valpak’s multi-national members on European Compliance. Tom has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
